ALLOGRAFT

What is Allograft?

An allograft is the transplant of a donated organ or tissue from one individual to another and can be utilized for therapies in wound closure, aesthetics, and healing, as well as treating orthopedic conditions such as damaged joints.

For example, a transplant from one person to another, but not an identical twin, is an allograft. Allografts account for many human transplants, including those from cadaveric, living related, and living unrelated donors. Also known as an allogeneic graft or a homograft.

What do we offer?

At IntegraVita Wellness, we utilize cells that have been derived from donated amniotic fluid, then cryopreserved for localized injection. These cells function as an orthobiologic healing solution that contains a variety of valuable cells such as extracellular matrix, (ECM), viable cellular materials (mesenchymal stromal cells), growth factors, cytokines and hyaluronic acid. Amniotic cells have been shown to have anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, epithelialization and anti-fibrotic properties.

Amniotic fluid cells are derived from tissues donated by living, healthy women after full term pregnancy and a scheduled C-section. Donors are between the ages of 18 and 45, who are thoroughly screened for communicable diseases. A careful medical and social history is collected in advance to ensure that mothers meet all eligibility requirements.

All tissues are then tested to ensure viability and safety. Once tested, these tissues are processed to the highest standards in a state-of-the-art American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) accredited facility, and allografts are subjected to stringent USP testing prior to release. They are aseptically processed and lot release tested before use. We are committed to the safety and quality of our products.
